REAL ESTATE
Generally involves real property related matters, be it residential or commercial in nature. It includes, deed preparation, title exams, closings for the sale, purchase or refinancing of property, be it cash, owner finance, or lender financed deals, right of ways and easements, boundary disputes, survey issues, coal, oil and gas mineral issues, clouds on title, releases of liens and judgments, obtaining liens or judgments against real property, partition suits, foreclosures, purchase and sale contracts, land lord tenant issues, and most litigation related to any of the above.
FAMILY LAW
Generally involves, divorces, issues regarding prior family court rulings and orders, parental rights, disputes over visitation and child custody, child support, domestic battery claims or defenses, personal safety orders, pre or post-nuptial agreements.
WILLS, TRUSTS, & ESTATES/PROBATE
Generally, involves answering questions and concerns, preparation and/or revising regarding a will, trust or estate/probate issue, assisting with the estate/probate process, power of attorneys, medical power of attorneys and living wills, filing challenges to any of the above.
CRIMINAL LAW
Generally involves defending someone against charges filed by a prosecutor related to misdemeanor or felony charges.
